With a background in product, service design, and systems implementation, I’ve led work across health care, tech, and government from enterprise platforms to public services.
My focus: helping teams understand real needs, reduce friction, and align operations with intent. When systems support the work instead of scrambling it, better delivery follows.
I hold an MBA in Sustainable Innovation and a BSc in Health Informatics from the University of Victoria.
